Main Symptom: warm cabiner abive the freezee. Iced behind freezer drawer panel
What happens & when: twice in a month now. It happened before

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: manually defrosted several times, fan in the back is working fine.

Sounds like a defrost issue, you will need to test (with a multimeter) the defrost heater and sensor, and if they check good, it will likely be a control issue.
