Freezer goes to -10 degrees and beeps until fridge gets to over 50 degrees. then it goes back to normal. this gets repeated every other hour through the day and night

Main Symptom: Freezer get to (-10) degrees, starts beeping until refrigerator goes to 50+ degrees, then it gets back to normal - freezer at 0 degrees and fridge at 40 degrees. This gets repeated every hour through the day and night.
What happens & when: I do not find food spoilage in either compartment.

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: Compressor was changed, sealing system and refrigerant changed.

It would be recommended to check the thermistors in the unit. If the thermistors are good then you would want to replace the main control board as it would be the most likely cause for this issue.

The technician did say it could be the control board issue. Would you have the control board that fits my refrigerator?

Here is a link to the control board for this unit. Unfortunately, this has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available. Since it is not available, you would need to send it off to have it repaired by a company that could repair the board.

Thank you for all your suggestions. This maybe helpful to other people experiencing discontinued panel board problem - I searched on Amazon the part number and found one that replaces number of panel boards that were discontinued. I ordered and my technician replaced it. WOW!!! It works finally. Amazing discovery for my fridge.
