I am having a problem with a D/W not going into a cycle and the clean light is flashing.I understand this is a indication of a problem that needs the help of a service tech. I am in the repair business (commercial kitchens) and was hoping to avoid a service call if it were a simple fix.
Pull off your kick panel and locate the service sheet. There will be a proceedure there to enter diagnostic mode. The diagnostic may indicate a problem in the dishwasher. If not, go out of diagnostic mode, the unit will probably work now.
