Main Symptom: Unbalanced during spin
What happens & when: During a spin cycle, the washer is constantly out of balance no matter how we arrange the clothes inside the washer. It even bangs when completely empty. It is impossible to get a spin cycle to complete.
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: We replaced all four suspension rods and elastic straps with new ones from your company. One new suspension rod is DEFECTIVE with no spring at all to it. The washer still banged during the spin cycle. We removed the defective rod and replaced it with our best old rod which was just a bit mushy and it still banged during the spin cycle. We need to replace the defective rod and hope that it will fix it. How do we get a replacement part for a defective rod? If the new parts still don’t fix this problem, what else could be wrong with the machine? I’m trying to attach a video, but I must be doing something wrong and it’s not working.
