Fills, drains but does not wash

I am pretty sure this is it: Dishwashers | DMT610RHS 51 dBA Dishwasher Stainless Steel - OVERVIEW

  • Fills with water and display indicates it is washing however, aside from a few clicks nothing is happening inside.
  • Display continues to show the machine is going through the cycle and then it drains.

Any suggestions?

First off that isn’t your model number it’s not coming up…look inside the door or on the door for your model number…Oh a problem with a Samsung dishwasher never heard of it (sarcasm)…anyways check to see if you have 120v to the sump pump motor…make sure the base of the sump is clean of debris after dismantling it and clean out the bottom…if you have 120v to the sump then the sump is bad…also check the diverter (if this model has one which most do) if it continues to spin and never stops you have a bad diverter or main board which doesn’t allow it to go into the cleaning mode properly…go to sears parts website if you need a breakdown or schematic to figure out what parts are what…
