Brand: Frigidaire
**Model Number:**FFHS2611LBRA Main Symptom: no water or ice What happens & when: My fridge won’t produce ice or water anymore. At first it was just water but now it’s ice too. I replaced the filter just because it had been in there about a year. This is a secondary fridge. I’ve since replaced the filter again, the valve also and I’ve made sure none of the lines are clogged. I can hear the valve when I press the water on the door but no water. I’m stumped.
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: water valve and filter

That buzzing tells us you’re getting power to one of the valve when calling for water, but it actually takes 2 valves being activated at the same time to get water where it needs to go on this model. You’ve already replaced the valve assembly which should have included all 3 valve solenoids if it was the correct one for this model. They have shared wiring, but there is a diode pack built into the wiring harness AP6893114 that may be preventing the inlet valve from activating when the dispenser or ice maker call for water and activate their valve. I’d recommend replacing that harness.
Well I just got done replacing the wiring harness and it’s still doing the same thing. Just buzzing and Mo water out of the door. I just don’t know what else it could be. I’ve spent 250 trying to fix this stupid fridge now. @Rory_D_APP_Team

Go to that valve, disconnect the yellow water line, and position a container to catch water under it. If you need to take the valve loose to position it better, that’s fine, just as long as it is still connected to the harness and all the other water lines. Call for water at the dispenser and make sure it put water out of the valve and into the container.
If it did, reconnect that water line, go to the connection at the door, disconnect that water line and make sure you’re getting water there.
