I have a Whirlpool Dryer and it is not producing heat. I ordered and installed a new heating element and high limit thermostat and cutoff. I still have no heat. I looked at the thermal fuse but it is solid plastic and I can’t tell if it is blown. Any suggestions?
Are you sure you have 220 volts to the dryer terminal block ?
Since the dryer motor and tumbler work, it’s not a bad thermal fuse or belt switch.
It could be a bad motor, or a damaged wire,
But
There’s either a bad thermistor or bad control board.
Do you have a multi meter to check circuits and voltage ?
