Dryer heats up at first but turns to blowing cool air after approximately 8-10 min

Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MEDC200XW1
Main Symptom: Heat stop after 8-10 minutes.
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Have replaced the Dryer Cycling Thermostat, the Dryer Thermal Fuse, the Dryer Heating Element, the Dryer High Limit Thermostat, and the Thermal Cut-off.

Still only blows hot air for about 8-10 minutes before losing the heat and blowing cool air for the rest of the cycle.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Pegdancer, is this happening in the auto dry cyle only, or is it happening in the timed dry cycle as well?

This is happening in all cycles including the timed dry high heat cycle. All parts of machine and exhaust vents have been cleaned so it is not those either.

If the back panel is removed from the dryer, there is a voltage check that can be done to identify which side of the circuit is causing this issue. With the dryer set to run at normal temp, the red wire at the element going to the motor can be tested for Volts AC to the red wire at the thermal cut-off. When the starts to only produce cool air, is the 240 Volts AC present or did it drop? If it did drop, move the meter probe from the red wire on the element to the red wire on the terminal block where the power cord plugs in. Is there 240 Volts AC at this point or does it measure 0?
