The model number appears to be a partial model. What is the full model number of this appliance? When the new door gasket was installed, was it warmed up with a hair dryer or other source prior to installation?

Yes, it was warmed up in a tub of hot water

If you use a hair dryer by holding it about 6-8 inches away from the gasket and move it along the area not sealing, does it become malleable enough to start to seal after a few minutes of warming up? Also, was the liner thoroughly cleaned prior to installing the gasket? Residue can affect a door gasket sealing properly.

Thanks, William. We just tried that and it helped on the top, but not the bottom. We’re thinking that the door itself might be misaligned.

If you take a ruler, it can be used to verify if the door is farther away from the liner at the spot still leaking air compared to the spots that are sealing properly. If the distance does change, the door hinges can be checked to identify if one might be bent out of square or if a mounting screw is loose.
