Door does not close tight

The refrigerator side door on my General Electric ZISS420DMB Refrigerator does not close tight. I can feel a gap on the door bottom on the handle side. Would I need to check/replace the hinge or seal?

I’m also having a problem with fluctuating temps (about 10 degress) on both freezer and refrigerator side … could this be the cause of both sides? The freezer side door does close tight.

Check the door seal first. Make sure the door is not twisted. Check the bottom door hinge and link actuator (#516 at the diagram).

Remove the top grill and clean the condenser coils. Make sure the fan next to ir is working properly.
