Jenn Air Quiet Series - doesn’t work, no function from control panel. There was a sizzle sound coming from under the panel, now nothing works. Where should I start, where can I find a diagram for removal of control panel?

More info - There is a blue box (1 inch by 1/4 inch) on the control board which has burned off the board. If I replace the control board, will this part burn out again? How can I see if this is the cause or just a symptom?
