Washer is stuck in normal mode.
If I unplug and replug the power cord the machine starts to fill with water and stops consistently after 16 seconds. After the tub fills with water and I unplug and plug the power I can hear the the washer running but it consistently stops
after 16 seconds. The water spray arms appear to be turning because they are
in differenty positions when I open the door to view them.
So far I have replaced the control board and the heater.
