My dishwasher is not getting water. I have replaced the incoming water control valve (3378779/82833460 which didn’t help. The dishwasher appears to be going through its cycle then emits a shrill whistling noise and there is no evidence of water when I open the door.
I’m answering my own question regarding no water! My wife got on the web and determined that the water ports in the spray arm wmight be clogged … took a chop stick and cleaned them … now it works beautifully again … talk about being redfaced!!
