The dishes are clean at the end of cycle but all items are wet. I have not changed detergent or rinse agent
It sounds like your heater element may be turned off or burnt out.
If it is turned off how do I turn it on?

If you have selected “Heated Dry”, or something similar, on your control panel, and it doesn’t heat, then your element is burnt out.
