Well, I’ve done something stupid, and need help/advice. After storing and moving a 7-year old d/w to a new location, I lost one of the machine screws used to attach the bottom floor panel, and substituted a short self-tapping screw. Problem is, it wasn’t short enough and I ended up with a tiny hole through the bottom corner of the polypropylene tub. Research has shown me that almost no adhesive will bond to pp, not to mention the operating temperatures it would be subjected to. Does anyone have an effective solution to this problem. Your help is appreciated very much. Thank you.

See if you can get an “A + B epoxy”.That thing works.

I would get a small stainless or aluminum screw. Dishwasher soap is very corrosive.
Then goop it good with automotive RTV, high temperature type.
And screw it into the hole with the screw head inside the hole.
Be careful to not over tighten, you do not want to strip the screw threds you are making in the liner.
Then wipe off the excess RTV.
