Dishwasher sprayers will not work

When I start the dishwasher, it begins the initial water fill, then stops. After that all I hear is the motor running. Neither top nor bottom sprayer is working.

Remove the lower spray arm and the top parts from the pump. Replace the wash motor seal kit (#9 on the break down diagram).
