Dishwasher Sleeping

My dishwasher is as if it is not plugged in. It is hardwired to a hot 12-2 electrical wire. The dishwasher has been working fine for quite some time. Now when we press anything on the control panel with the door closed the display doesn’t like up. It is as if we didn’t plug it in.

Any ideas on what I could check or try?

I’ve checked the circuit breaker and all is well with it and the other outlets on the same circuit.

You will have to remove the kick plate and remove power from the unit.
Then undo the wire nuts that connect it to the house wiring. Could be a bad connection here.
If connections are OK, reapply power and check that there is 120 volts going to the unit with a meter.
You cannot assume that because other outlets on the same line have 120 that the dishwasher is getting power.
If you have power then the next thing to check is the door latch switches and wires going to them.
