Dishwasher Rack Assembly Extras

Friends,

I recently purchased a WPL W10311986 dishrack from
appliance pro as a rer extraouplacement part from Appliance parts Pro as a replacement for our old Estate Model TUD5700EQ3 lower dishrack. The runners seem easy enough to snap on, but we have four extra parts that I have no clue what to do with as there was no parts list and no directions. The largest looks like a separate rack piece with 12 spokes with one of the end spokes
being curved and having a sma, therell protective cap at the end. This piece is as long or wide as the rack itself. There are also two clip like pieces with broad curved ends. Finally there is a darker grey plastic piece about 3
inches long and 2 inches at the widest part with grooves and notches for attachment some where. I havent found a good diagram of the f ully assembled rack and am not
sure which model the part comes from as we bought it a
a replacement part for our older wa.sher.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks,

Geoff

Here is an earlier post that may help

I used advanced search “lower dishwasher rack” and marked the dishwasher forum for searching, to find the info.

Thanks for the link Denman. It appears that I am missing
the pivot. Since I have two bumpers and one tine row and one retainer I think one retainer is enough. Do you know who to go to to get the missing piece. ? Thanks, Geoff

I do not work for AppliancePartsPros so really do not have any expertise when it comes to parts.

Here is what I did.
I did a search for a “pivot tinerow” using part description and came up with
AP6012260
The above looked like the closest match to the part in the kit.

I then looked at what models this was used on and chose GU980CGQ2.

The rack looks the same as the one in the kit.
I cannot guarantee that it is the correct part, perhaps the folks at AppliancePartsPros can confirm it.
