Dishwasher pumps in and out but nothing else

My dishwasher pumps water in and out, but does nothing else. It won’t spray water or wash the dishes.

From your description I assume the unit runs through a cycle but the wash pump does not come on.
Try to run the diagnostics.
Check at the motor with a meter for continuity
Check at the motor to see if it is getting power
Remove the inner door pane and check the wires from the control board to the motor.
