The unit appears to not come on at all. It has water in the bottom as if it never finished the last cycle.
Make sure there is 120 VAC to the dishwasher. Remove the toe panel and check the power cord connection to the dishwasher for burned wires. Remove the door panel and check all wires inside the door. Check the door latch and the door switches.
What is the complete model number of the dishwasher?

Okay I checked almost everything and just about when I was done I found that the door latch is not hitting the swith fully giving me the contact closure that is needed for the dish washer to come on.
Looks like a big step in the right direction.
