my dishwasher cleans well and seems hot but everything comes out soaked always regardless of the heat dry, sanidry or high temp settings…stumped here pls help

If the heater is heating up the water but does not dry the dishes my first guess would be that the control board is shot.
If the heater is heating up during dry perhaps the vent is not opening to kley the moisture escape.
In any case, I would check the hi-limit thermostat and the heating element with a meter just to be sure they are OK.
