My dw quit draining. I bypassed the door switch and initiated the drain cycle and noticed that what looks like the gear on the end the drain motor does not spin. The pump sounds like it tries to start but nothing else happens. Any advice?
Most likely the problem is a bad drain pump assembly. It can be accessed from the front.
The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it please.
