When I open the dishwasher door it rapidly falls to the floor - there is nothing holding it back - it just slams down. Is this a failure of the hinges or some other problem. If it is the hinges, is it likely both hinges are shot?

mine had one on each side, under the outer casing, and it was fiddlier than you’d expect, but did the job for good
