my dishwasher does not dispense detergent. ( has auto dispense) the resivoir is full and the dishes were not getting clean… how do I clear the resevoir out???

the complete model number is, pdw8680nooss. and yes my wife mixed chlorine based cascade with enzyme based cascade.. is there a quik fix or does the door need to be removed along with the resevoir???
