The child lock light remains on and blinking at all time thus not enabling us to access the other controls. I can hit the energy saver dry key and the light will go off then back on. If I hit the cancel button it will drain and the child lock light blinks again. At no sprecific time a cycle will start and fill with water, then stops and child lock light blinks again. If I am able to start a cycle it will fill then stop and the child lock light blinks again. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely the control detects a stuck key(s) on the control panel. The correction is to replace the control panel. If you need the right part number then post the color of the control panel.
