I have a problem with my Kenmore, works great but doesn’t empty all the way.
You sound like the pump motor of whole unit is shot.
Mine works, pumps like crazy, no obstructions in the line but mine still doesn’t empty all the water and then it’s flooding out the front.
at least my pump works but it isn’t sucking all the water out, terrible to replace when mine is cleaning like crazy.
