I have just installed a new LCD panel and buttons on my dishwasher and it seems to be stuck in a “Demo” mode. How do I get it to start a nomal programme and wash my mountain of dishes! I would be really grateful for any advice, thanks.
It sometimes gives that info in the User Guide if you’re lucky
Demo mode comes up when both “power” and “reset” buttons are pressed together.
Try this: Unplug the dishwasher power cord, press and hold both the “power” and “reset” buttons and plug the cord back in.
If all else fails, the tech sheet that comes with the machine (usually found in a cellophane or plastic bag attached to the toe plate) will tell you how to exit the demo mode.
Post a good model number perhaps I can find a manual online
