looking for the wiring schematic for the control board so I test to see if it is the board or the panel that is bad.
Remove the toe plate from the bottom of the dishwasher and look for the tech sheet.
Nothing is under the toe kick. 
It maybe up in the counsel too next to the control panel, but was thinking you may have already looked there if you had been looking at the control board.
Did you happen to look in the counsel for it?
I did some research and found a copy of the tech sheet for your model dishwasher.
