I have a GE Profile PDW9820 dishwasher. The control panel is not responding except for the start stop button (which is good as it still can be used)
I assume the two possible issues are the control module or touch panel. Is there any way to figure out which is the issue?

Yes and no they work in pairs…There’s a pin test on the keypad but even after passing that it can still fail. try a diagnostic listed on your tech sheet and see how it goes
