The power cord is part of a wire harness and it says NLA (No Longer Available).
Are you trying to cut and install a different cord on your refrigerator?

This is the part # ( Whirlpool W10405935 Refrigerator Wire Harness | Genuine OEM Part ) it is no longer available from the manufacturer but you can do and internet search of 3rd party sellers and see if one is available
