Clothes are still wet at end of cycle

I am having problems finding any information on running the diagnostics on this unit any help would be appreciated. I have changed out the lid latch assy. to no avail. Thanks for any assistance.

There should be a tech sheet underneath the top. See if you can find it and use it to do some testing and generate some diagnostics.

Got the sheet and ran diagnostics. We keep coming up with F7 and E1. We also fail spin cycle and every led lights up on the control panel and just flashes 71.
