thanks a bunce fellows i found the answer in the forum topic..press normal wash then heat dry til all lights come on then close lid and press start til reset takes place.. you guys are great i will deffinately recommend u.

opps talked too soon …now the d/w is not washing with full power it seems… the spray is barely washing the dishes. maybe another problem.
any suggestions as to what mighe be the problem.???
