Burners won't come on for oven and replaced igniter temperature sensor and control panel now the control panel flashes an F3 every time I try to turn it on

Test the oven sensor for resistance of 1080 ohms at room temp. If the sensor is good then set it to bake and test for 120 Vac to the igniter. If there is proper voltage but the igniter is not coming on then this will be a faulty igniter. If the igniter is coming on then test at the oven safety valve for 3.2 to 3.6 vac. If there is proper voltage then the oven safety valve is faulty and will need to be replaced. If there is not proper voltage then the igniter is weak and needs to be replaced. If there is no power to the igniter then this will be a control board issue.
