Any idea how this happened? CIA can replace the tube but have no idea what caused this in the first place

Here is some information. Maybe the picture is of the Lower spray arm? if so you will need that to!

Thank you. Yes it’s the lower part of the spray arm support. I’m trying see if anyone has an idea about why it would be melted like it is.
