Main Symptom: Convection Heat not working
What happens & when:
Bosch Wall oven - Microwave convection bake will not heat. Keep warm and Broiler works. There are two screws in the rear of the oven. I removed them but the rear cover does not come off as some online videos show. Do I have to pull both units (Main oven and Microwave) from the wall?
