Standing water at bottom of dishwasher will not drain. I cleaned out the drain, I blew out the hose still nothing any suggestions 
First place to check is the drain pump, it’s easily accessable by removing door panel and lower kickplate panel it will sit in front which can be removed it takes a little twistin and turning to get it out. put it in a cancel/drain and listen for the motor to come on or check voltage while in drain .however a Bosch will pump at the beginning of each cycle you can check voltage then
