Are you getting good water spray from/through the arms?

There is water coming in from the recirculating pump but not enough to make the sprayer arms turn. I took the entire dishwasher apart to order a new pump but I’m not sure that is the problem because I saw no obstructions in the original pump. Today I noticed that there is water switch motor that slides a disc back and forth to control water flow. I’m wondering if that assembly is working correctly. I’d like any feedback.

That’s actually where I was headed with it. You can get the individual diverter motor but I’d recommend replacing the diverter valve assembly AP5691407.

OK, I’ve ordered the diverter valve assembly. If the old circulating pump is working and the new circulating pump is unopened can I do a return? Thank you
