Main Symptom: Will not start a cycle
What happens & when: When I plug it in it the control panel just flashes.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Already replace the lower main control board on the right side.

If I change the upper control panel will it stop the blinking and start working? Like I said above I have replace the main lower control panel already and it still just blinks and when I do the reset for 4 seconds it just freezes and all lights stay solid.

We can’t do anything with this dishwasher that we bought from Best Buy brand new six months ago. Come to find out they sold me a dishwasher that was made in 2020. Not sure that is legal however we are just wanting our new dishwasher to work.

Unfortunately, I am not able to see the images in the link. What specific lights are flashing on the control panel? The flashing lights could indicate a very specific error code.

It’s all the lights on the top and the bottom red light.

No error code.

From what has been described, it does sound like the user operating module 11051277 has an issue in it.
