The lower spray bar on my Bosch dishwasher doesn’t appear to be turning when it runs. Dishes on lower rack aren’t coming clean. Are there any common items to check on this model?

had geek squad come out, $100 later they told me i needed a new circulation pump for an additional $350. decided to buy a new one it’s just out of warrenty i’m mad! corporate won’t help me. just limping along. very frustrated. i would try myself but cannot find the part!
first clean the filter and try it on wash if it doesn’t work properly so you have to add water to be under the element if it work good so replace the fill valve

Thanks Tarek, cleaned the filter, added water to be under the element, but still doesn’t spray on the bottom rack. Would replacing the fill valve get that bottom spray arm moving? the top rack washes perfectly. Should I assume the fill valve is not working even if the top rack is working?
