Main Symptom: Rinse and Sanitize flash- machine won’t start. No LED when opening door.
What happens & when: When I turn it on- try to run a cycle. Flashing lights- nothing else at all.
Thanks. So I put in the new (correct) circulation/heater pump but now I only get two red lights flashing on the top panel, Rinse aid and Sanitize. Those two are not the issue. I checked, cleaned, filled them, up, etc.
CLUE? I also noticed, the LED lights on TOP/Inside are not coming on when I open the door. The switch and magnet are good and door is closed. I removed it, put the magnet in the spot and it does not seem to detect it like normal. I think I get the red flashing lights on the display, only when it’s open, but still no LED’s come on- so partial detection? Those wires had pulled out at some point. I was not sure where they go back in. The Bosch tech who was here (did not fix), guessed and plugged them into the TOP of the module. They seem to fit (keyed for them.) No lights coming on though. He said HEAT / CIRC. pump…but he did not have the part on hand. I got the correct Bosch part OEM. I triple checked using my model number.
- I THINK the two red wires, coming off the LED strips goes ON TOP of the main module. Not sure though- did not see where they pulled out from. They fit though- keyed. BUT I only read 0.24V, and NOT 12V. Even with the door open. No changed. I also JUMPERED the door cable and did not see any changes in behavior. Jumped, should start a cycle…but I am not even able to select a cycle. And withOUT it jumped, the LED should come on but NOTHING. No buttons work- like its dead.
I HAVE A GOOD MULTI-METER- anything I can run down and check?
I have 3 main module computers- all are good and showing the same thing. It does not start. No open water inlet. No motor noise. Weird, as it was not doing this before I changed the Circ./Heat Pump. I got the exact right one from BOSCH- $275.
I have voltage at the plug and good water pressure at the inlet valve. Originally it was beeping and not getting hot, or completing a cycle. After 2 minutes it would beep and not stop.
So far, I have changed the INLET SOLENOID. DIVERTER MOTOR. PUMP MOTOR. CIRCULATION PUMP AND I HAVE THREE (3) MODULES THAT ARE FULLY PROGRAMMED. Seems like I fix one issue, and 2 more pop up.
I did hard resets, unplugged for hours, etc. Still, no luck.
ANY THOUGHTS PLEASE? No codes and not able to even enter Diagnostic mode.
Error Code (if any): I had been getting a code for water inlet valve- but that was changed.
Parts or tests already tried: INLET SOLENOID. DIVERTER MOTOR. PUMP MOTOR. CIRCULATION PUMP AND I HAVE THREE (3) MODULES THAT ARE FULLY PROGRAMMED.
I hate to chuck it and get a new one now that I have all nearly all new parts in it.
Last question- do you think it could be the Smaller Control/Power Supply board in the upper right part of the door- Bosch OEM part# 00658328 or the Touch Panel? It was responding fine the day before I changed the Circ./Heater pump. At that point, I will have basically have replaced ALL parts…more or less.
