That could be an issue with the door latch. Which light is flashing and does it seem to be flashing a pattern, or just steadily blinking?

This is a top control. When you first open the door no lights. Push any button, red light blinks 4 times, then solid red.

Try running the diagnostic mode so that you can check codes and component functionality.

If it won’t go into diagnostic I’d be leaning towards the control panel or the door latch. Page 14 on that sheet has the user interface testing and page 16 goes over the door switch.
