I have a Kitchen Aid KUDM01TJBS0, ser # FL1109352.
The heavy cycle starts but does not finish. None of the other cycles either light up or work. After heavy cycle runs for about 10 minutes then stops. The rinse and normal lights start flashing. when I hit the cancel button to drain, it flashes and doesn’t drain. Help, please.
Flashing light(s) means the control detects that a key is stuck in the depressed position. The correction is to replace the control panel. If you need the correct part number, post the color of the control panel.
