Main Symptom: Display Panel not functioning
What happens & when: Display panel is not functioning

The display panel on my Advantium is blank. There is no display. Cooking function is fine and buttons all work. I’ve been using the 30 second button to heat up food.

Do you think I need a new Digitron or Control Board, or both?

It would be recommended to test the transformer for 120 vac into it and 24 vdc coming out of it. If there is not proper voltages then the transformer is faulty and would need to be replaced.

The microwave cooks just fine though. Wouldn’t there be a problem with the cooking and other things if the transformer were faulty?
