Big crisper drawer sticks and then broke

Main Symptom: large crisper drawer sticks when trying to open it
What happens & when: When I try to open the crisper drawer for the first time in the day or shortly after I have succeeded in opening it, the drawer sticks and is very difficult. This past Christmas the drawer front broke when I pulled on it and the drawer still didn’t open. My worry is that when I purchase a new drawer will it also stick? The runners and wheels were all clean and free moving. We finally got the drawer out. I have found another drawer on your website that looks like my drawer: Yours-AJP73874601; Kenmore part- 5027JJ2012H. It is 145D in the blow out diagram.

Just look for anything that could have caused the drawer to stick. You have checked the rails and rollers so that should not be an issue but check under it to make sure that there is nothing that could cause it to be wedged. If all is clear then you should be good to go.
