Main Symptom: No Heat
What happens & when: We have replaced the Thermal fuse and the heating element. But still runs with no heat? What else could it be?

If the thermal fuse, element, and hi-limit thermostat all check as good you may need to do some voltage testing at the element with the motor tricked to run.
Disconnect one of the wires from the heating element and run the dryer. Check each of the wires to chassis ground for AC voltage.
If the solid red wire has no voltage you’ve either got a bad centrifugal switch in the motor that isn’t closing or the wiring between the motor and the element is damaged, assuming you have proper L2 voltage at the motor coming from the terminal block.
If the red w/ white tracer wire has no voltage, then you have an issue on the L1 side with either the control board heater relay not closing or damaged wiring between the control and the element. That’s again assuming proper L1 voltage to the heater relay on the main control.
