After I install the brand new WPW10300024 not working and the harvest arm won’t move to the down position

To help narrow down the issue with the ice maker, we can run a quick test.

  1. Access the ice maker and remove the front motor cover.

  2. If you have a multimeter available, set it to AC Volts (VAC).

  3. Test for voltage between port L and port N on the ice maker.

What voltage reading do you get when testing between those two ports?

No voltage at all. I did notice the connector that has the fuse on it was a little burnt looking.

With the power cord for the appliance unplugged, the wire connection going into the ice maker can be disconnected. The wire with the in-line fuse can be tested for continuity to identify if the wire has failed. Is there continuity when testing from wire end to wire end?
