4 Different Ice Makers not working

Okay. I’ve not replaced BOTH the yellow water inlet valve kit AND the blue, water inlet valve as well as ice maker #5. The ice maker has been in for 36 hrs. I just did the two valves. I have a new Tee to 1/4" feed line. I have 120 volts in the harness where it connects to ice maker. I have no water to the door and the ice maker is not cycling automatically or manually. I currently have no power at L & N. The only think left is if I somehow swapped wires at the solenoids, but I don’t think it matters. My wiring diagram shows Red/Tan to the icemaker valve. I’ve got red/tan to the side of the solenoid who’s hose runs to the icemaker. It shows black and whi/blu to the water valve which I have connected to the side of the solenoid who’s hose runs to the water dispenser. I don’t THINK it matters which side connects. I AM confused. The 4 wires in the harness are red, tan, green/yel (ground) and the white thermal link. BOTH red and tan show 120. If these are the same red/tan going to solenoid, how can they both have power? Shouldn’t only one side have power? I’ve got all new OEM equipment. Why the hell don’t I have ice or water?
