I have a Maytag Dishwasher Model number MDB7100AWW that will not turn on and currently, the “3 Sec” light is on. Does that mean the control panel is locked? If the control panel is locked, how do I unlock it?

Try powering it down for about a minute, then back on. See if that clears it up.

Still on after cutting the power for two hours. Time for a new dishwasher. This dishwasher has cost me about $300.00 after replacing a pump motor and the control panel in the last 30-60 days. Any ideas on what brand of dishwasher I should buy?
