My agitator does not work properly under a load. Not an upper agitator problem. Took it off and put vise grips on splines. Can hold shaft still with my hand and hear gears clicking. But when I pull up on the shaft it engages and agitates back and forth. No visible movement in shaft up and down. Any suggestions.
