Lower bake element in rb265pxk not heating. Before I order new one, which I believe to be part no AP3075035, trying to remove old one to check connections. Understand from other posts that I need to remove the 2 screws on mounting plate. They seem to be seized up, not budging at all. Do not see noticeable rust but may be some on back side. Have sprayed with wd40 more than once and let sit overnight. Still not budging. Any tips on getting screws out? Also any thoughts on whether the element is the actual problem.... top bake element is heating fine. thanks for any help:)
